Publishing broadcast advertising makes claims that require documented evidence: bestseller designations, award attributions, sales figures, critical quotes, and reader reviews. Each carries distinct substantiation requirements under the BCAP Code. Gunpowder House advises on what evidence ClearCast will require for each claim at script stage. This service identifies regulatory risk and specifies the standard of proof required. It does not substitute for formal ClearCast approval.

Gunpowder House advises on whether a safe version should be produced alongside a restricted cut, what that edit requires, and how to ensure delivery meets the technical specifications of BBC, ITV, Sky, Channel 4, and other broadcast platforms.

However, please note that broadcast clearance with a turnaround of under three weeks will incur a rush fee, and a turnaround of under two days will incur a fast track fee.
